Whilst MCM's capability to crush, sieve and blend powders has been known to industry for many years, Micron Sizing was not previously available.

That has recently been changed following the purchase of a complete Herbold PU500 Pulverising System. The machine incorporates a vibrator feeder protected by a magnetic field which is Auger fed, to and from hoppers.

Any oversize particles after Micronising are returned by a vibrating screen for regrinding.

Particle size adjustment can be made from 500 Micron.

This latest addition to crushing and sieving facilities is complemented by interchangeable sieving screens to customer specification. The new machine is an integral part of blending and bulk storage capable of bulk discharge depending on customer requirements.
