 We can add value to your product by sieving your raw materials through >150um screen. This process is done to eliminate any oversize particles and to screen off any foreign materials. A multi deck 48" vibratory Stainless Steel sieve enables MCM to screen out any fractions and separate particles size down to 150 µm (0.15 mm).
The process enables the non destructive sieving of products so as to remove the oversize particles or fines or both, from the material and collect separately.
Any size screen > 150um may be added to the deck for any particular job.
